Yes, it is mandated by your insurance policy that you pay your deductible to the body shop at the completion of your repairs.

IF I WANT TO FILE A CLAIM THROUGH MY INSURANCE COMPANY, WHAT I DO?

To begin the claims process, contact your insurance company and report the accident. Tell them you have chosen to have the repair done  at River Auto Body. Please fell free to contact us if you need guidance throughout this process. We are a Direct Repair for most insurance companies. This means we will make the process as quick and easy for you as possible.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY VEHICLE IS DRIVABLE?

If your vehicle doesn't feel right when driving or if you hear rubbing noises on wheels and tires, your vehicle may not be safe to drive. Also, if there are broken lamps or warning lights on the dash you may want to consider having it towed. At that point or even from the scene of the accident you can request your vehicle be towed directly to our facility. We offer a 24 hr tow service.

HOW LONG WILL THE REPAIRS ON MY VEHICLE TAKE?

Repair time varies depending on the damage to your vehicle. Average repair time takes about 3 to 4 business days.
